- Salary for a BCBA $102,000 to $115,000 (depending on experience).

Job Description of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) :
Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc).Create Individualized, research-based client programs.Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home.Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings.Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests).Safety Management.General Cleaning / Sanitizing Duties.You will be required to attend a monthly group virtual training with our franchisor.You will be required to attend a monthly individual virtual training with our franchisor.Qualifications / Requirements of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) :
BACB Certification (Behavior Analyst).BLS / CPR certification.No criminal background.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active.
