Job descriptionPerform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc). Create Individualized, research-based client programs. Analyze client progress and update programs as needed. Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates. Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home. Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings. Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests). Safety Management. General Cleaning / Sanitizing Duties. You will be required to attend a monthly group virtual training with our franchisor. You will be required to attend a monthly individual virtual training with our franchisor. BACB Certification (Behavior Analyst). BLS / CPR certification. No criminal background. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active.

We are looking for an organized, clinically experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is seeking full-time employment.

- Salary for a BCBA $102,000 to $115,000 (depending on experience).
- Signing bonus for a BCBA $8000
