Job Summary

950 Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards.

Handle tenant relations, including addressing complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.

Oversee leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, conducting property tours, and processing lease applications.

Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair work.

Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Utilize property management software for tasks such as rent collection, lease management, and maintenance tracking.

Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in AppFolio property management software or similar and utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Certified Property Management Certification preferred.

Compensation details : 55000-65000
