AR / AP Specialist

IntelliSource is searching for a detail-oriented AR / AP Specialist to join our partner's team in Reno! This full-time, direct-hire role will see you supporting a fast-growth transportation company as they continue to expand into additional states.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AR / AP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable, proficiency in QuickBooks, and a strong understanding of financial processes. Prior experience in the transportation industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile accounts, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
• Utilize QuickBooks to maintain financial records, generate reports, and track expenses.
• Collaborate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, invoices, and payment schedules.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain organized and secure financial documentation.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
