Key Responsibilities

Greet every guest with a smile and friendly attitude

Take accurate food orders and answer questions about the menu

Operate the POS system for cash and card transactions

Ensure timely service by communicating clearly with kitchen staff

Handle guest concerns or complaints in a professional, helpful way

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area

Restock napkins, utensils, beverages, and other supplies as needed

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
