What You'll Do :

As a Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of warehouse materials and deliveries. You'll support project teams by ensuring timely access to tools, materials, and equipment, all while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage organization and flow of materials in warehouse and outdoor storage areas.
• Maintain inventory of materials and tools; discard unusable items in coordination with Workforce Coordinator and Project Managers.
• Track and distribute tools and equipment; maintain vendor relationships and assist with purchases.
• Perform local deliveries and pick-ups of materials and equipment using company vehicles.
• Accept incoming deliveries, log items, and communicate with relevant team members.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, including restrooms and grounds upkeep (mowing, trimming, etc.).
• Support vehicle fleet logistics, coordinating with Workforce Coordinator for maintenance and servicing.
• Ensure safety procedures and equipment care policies are followed.
• Act as a point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and vendor coordination.
• Perform basic facility maintenance tasks as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned by upper management.
