Job Title : Human Resources Generalist III

Job Description :

The Human Resource Generalist supports the HR function across supply chain operations, including logistics, warehousing, procurement, and manufacturing. This role ensures HR practices align with business goals, fosters a positive work environment, and supports talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities :

• 1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Partner with hiring managers and HRMs to identify staffing needs. Partner with Talent Acquisition on site to discuss qualified candidates.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies.

Assist in implementing performance review discussions / processes.

Compensation : $35 / hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
