Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead Exodigo’s marketing efforts in the U.S. This is a rare opportunity for a true self-starter who thrives in creating something from scratch. You’ll have the autonomy to establish our marketing engine—defining priorities, testing new approaches, and scaling programs with direct impact on sales and leadership goals. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening Exodigo’s market position and brand awareness at a critical time for our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Development & Management
- Collaborate with external designers, videographers, and media coordinators to produce compelling marketing assets
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Content Development & Management
Develop and manage high-quality marketing materials, including handouts, articles, social media content, newsletters, video scripts, and presentationsEnsure content aligns with Exodigo’s brand voice and messaging while optimizing for engagement and lead generationConsultant & Project Management
Collaborate with external designers, videographers, and media coordinators to produce compelling marketing assetsOversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiativesPublic Relations
Develop and distribute press releases to amplify Exodigo’s industry presenceIdentify and track award opportunities, managing the application process to enhance brand recognitionCultivate relationships with key media contacts and industry influencersIdentify and pursue opportunities for thought leadershipConferences & Event Management
Lead the company’s conference and event strategy—sourcing opportunities, preparing abstracts, and ensuring smart investment decisionsDevelop event marketing materials to support lead generation effortsManage and execute Exodigo-hosted events, including demonstrations, site visits, lunch-and-learns, and webinarsPlatform & Brand Management
Oversee Exodigo’s digital presence across key platforms, including the company website, YouTube, LinkedIn, Loom, and marketing Slack channelsMaintain brand consistency across all visual and digital assets, ensuring high-quality executionLead website updates, logo development, and visual branding initiatives to enhance user experience and brand impactRequirements
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the technology, construction, energy, or transportation industriesStrong content creation skills with experience in writing, editing, and multimedia storytellingProven experience managing PR initiatives, including press release writing and media relationsDemonstrated success in planning and executing events and managing conference strategyProficiency in digital marketing tools, website management, and social media platformsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlinesSelf-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skillsLearn more
