Job Title : Senior Employment Law Attorney - Defense

Location : Fully Remote (California-Based Firm)

Salary : $250,000-$285,000+ (DOE) + Excellent Bonus Opportunities

Experience Level : 12-20 Years

Position Overview :

The firm is seeking a Senior Employment Law Attorney with 12-20 years of experience, ideally with First or Second Chair trial experience , and a strong background in Class Actions and PAGA cases . This is a high-impact role with leadership potential, offering the chance to work on challenging litigation matters in a supportive and entrepreneurial setting.
