Position Overview : Our client is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney to join their growing team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to represent clients across California while balancing in-office and remote work. Attorneys in this role will provide expert legal representation, develop case strategies, and work closely with colleagues and clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Office Location : California (local candidates only), available in 12 major cities Oakland, San Francisco, Agoura Hills, San Jose, Sacramento, Long Beach, San Diego, Orange County, San Bernardino, Fresno, Encino, Los Angeles Compensation : $100,000 – $135,000 (DOE) with bonus opportunities Position Type : Full-time Reports To and Collaborates With : Agency leadership and client service team Start Date : As soon as possible Responsibilities : Represent clients in workers’ compensation proceedings, hearings, and negotiations Analyze legal issues, conduct thorough research, and craft effective case strategies Prepare and draft legal documents with accuracy and timeliness Collaborate with colleagues and build strong client relationships Travel to hearings and client locations as needed (within California) Occasionally perform light office-related physical tasks (lifting up to 20 lbs.)
