Minimum Job Requirements

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of Inspectors and Quality Technicians. Perform annual performance reviews. Authorized to recommend to hire and terminate inspectors with Quality Manager approval in compliance with company policies. Authority to pass or fail parts based on customer requirements. Prepare and requisition routine Quality supply items. Authorized to audit processes and provide corrective actions. Responsible for ensuring the quality of product being inspected and measured is performed accurately. Develop and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and procedures.
