Job description

Job Title : Lead II - UX Design - Onsite

Location : WOODLAND HILLS

Pay Range : $58 / hr - $63 / hr

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and innovative UI / UX Designer to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in design and front-end development, with a proven ability to create seamless, user-centered web applications. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and leadership to deliver outstanding user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS or AngularJS , ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design systems to effectively communicate concepts.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies .
  • Mentor and guide junior designers , providing constructive feedback and maintaining design quality and consistency.
  • Partner with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation .
  • Apply design standards and best practices consistently across platforms.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to drive continuous improvement in product usability.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field .
  • 10+ years of experience in UI / UX design and development with a strong, diverse portfolio .
  • Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite , and prototyping tools.
  • Strong expertise in front-end frameworks (ReactJS or AngularJS).
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .
  • Proven ability to conduct user research and usability testing .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and design thinking mindset .
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively articulate design concepts.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team within fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum development processes (preferred).
