DIRECTOR / SENIOR DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

Summary :

The Director / Senior Director of Project Delivery will lead teams responsible for the construction and delivery of wireless infrastructure. This role is accountable for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project management, construction estimation, vendor management, and data-driven project oversight. This leader will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and will be a key contributor to the organization's strategic growth and operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead and manage teams responsible for the end-to-end delivery of wireless infrastructure projects, including new cell tower builds.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and within or below budget, while meeting quality and compliance standards.
• Oversee construction timelines, permitting, and milestone tracking to ensure alignment with company KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.

Vendor Management & Negotiation

Data Analysis & Executive Reporting
