About The Position
Barton Associates is seeking a Physician Assistant specializing in Otolaryngology / ENT Surgery for a locum tenens position at a hospital in California. This 120-day assignment begins on 10 / 13 / 2025, with coverage required from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing all ENT outpatient cases, including return visits, follow-ups, and TMJ-related procedures. Experience with lump and bump clinics is beneficial. The role involves working with the Epic electronic health record system and focuses on managing outpatient visits for ENT / Otolaryngology / Head and Neck, alleviating the workload of surgeons and doctors. This opportunity offers potential for extension beyond the initial assignment.

Job Responsibilities and Duties :
- Manage all ENT outpatient cases
- Conduct return visits and follow-ups
- Perform TMJ-related procedures, including TMJ Botox
- Handle ear tube, thyroid, and parathyroid cases
- Participate in lump and bump clinic (if experienced)
- Utilize Epic electronic health record system
- Collaborate with surgeons, doctors, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure high-quality patient care and safety
