Job description

Join Our Team as a Lead Full-stack Software Engineer!

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our product, design, and tech operations teams to drive the development of our real-time collaboration, maps, data visualization, rich text, and presentation features. You'll create engaging and interactive user interfaces while also refining our end-to-end architecture and enhancing developer experience.

What You Will Do :

Take ownership of team-level architecture and deliver strategic and tactical software solutions.
Influence team projects and contribute to solving complex issues that impact performance, features, and product design.
Provide support and unblock peers through asynchronous code reviews, programming pairs, and mentorship.
Operate in an async-first environment, ensuring clarity on project scope, trade-offs, and desired outcomes.
Develop across the entire stack, utilizing TypeScript / React / Node with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kubernetes.

What We Are Looking For :

3-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a proven track record of managing impactful product or platform surfaces.

Experience in cross-team collaboration to provide elegant and strategic solutions to identified challenges.

Deep understanding of contemporary web technologies and industry best practices.

Experience delivering scalable solutions in B2B SaaS or similar high-demand fields.

Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear context in PRs, RFCs, and collaborative documents.

Adept at navigating ambiguity and thriving in low-process, asynchronous environments.

Proven capability in enhancing team efficiency through tooling or process improvements.

Core Technologies We Use :

Frontend : React, TypeScript, Vite, shared component libraries, client-side observability.

Backend : Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, secure RESTful APIs.

Infrastructure : Kubernetes, AWS, CI / CD pipelines.

Integrations : CSV / Excel / KML importers, JWT authentication, PDF exports, DoD data systems.
