2 locations.

THIS IS HOURLY PLUS COMMISION

OR COMMISSION ONLY POSITION

looking to hire a full time seasonal accountant / tax preparer to work this 2025 / 2026 tax season.

The ideal candidate has prior tax preparation experience, knowledge of tax laws / tax concepts, and knowledge of state / local tax.

With our company You can offer your clients Tax preparation services, cash advances, back tax support and so much more!

Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday 40 ++++hours per week
  • Weekend availability

    • PTIN Required. Minimum 2 years of personal income tax preparation and schedule c

    Preparer must be comfortable with

  • greeting clients
  • assisting in filling client data forms
  • answering incoming calls when necessary
  • setting up meetings with clients
  • preparing and submitting tax returns for clients
  • ability to copy all clients forms
  • auditing all tax forms for completeness and accuracy
  • following up with clients
  • downtime must Market and advertise

    • willing to train software, Must have basic tax knowledge minimum 1 year of tax prep
