Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Compensation specializing in Sales Compensation will design, implement, and manage competitive and effective sales compensation jobs and programs aligned with the company's strategic goals. This role will involve close collaboration with sales leadership, finance, and HR teams to ensure our job structure and compensation drives the desired sales behaviors and business outcomes. This role will collaborate with the sales incentive team but will not design and manage sales incentive plans such as commission or quota plans.

The target salary range for this position is $171,700 - $255,200 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package, which may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), performance‑based incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and / or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
