Description
What you will be doing :
- Communicating any needed repairs or guest service-related issues to management.
- Completing any needed minor repairs.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the parking booths, office, equipment, signage, and bathroom facilities. This includes emptying trash containers and disposing of waste accordingly.
- Keeping all parking area surfaces free of trash, debris, stains, and spills.
- Stocking adequate maintenance materials and equipment to avoid shortages and excesses.
- Maintaining the work area to ensure it remains clean, safe, and organized.
- Operating maintenance equipment safely to avoid accidents.
- Maintaining the maintenance tools and equipment in safe, clean, and proper working conditions.
- Adhering to company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA requirements.
What we are looking for :
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time while performing work duties.
- Someone who is task-oriented and able to work with little direct supervision.
- Prior maintenance or janitorial experience is not essential, but it is preferred.
- Experience using hand and electrical tools, with the ability to read technical manuals.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
