At our Gilbert, AZ 85233 facility, you join the night shift that keeps production moving. Picture this : at 3 : 00 pm, you review the traveler and blueprint for a complex aerospace component. You load tools, probe the workpiece, verify offsets, and bring a 5-axis job to life. As the evening progresses, you monitor cycle times, fine-tune feeds and speeds, and collaborate with teammates to maintain quality and throughput. With overtime in play, we operate on a flexed schedule, though our typical night hours run Monday–Friday, 3 : 00 pm–11 : 00 pm.

What You’ll Tackle

• Set up and run 3–5 axis CNC mills for repeatable production.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet exact specifications.
• Perform setups including tool changes, touch-offs, calibration, and verification.
• Monitor machine performance and part quality; adjust parameters as needed.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Work with peers to refine processes and drive efficiency improvements.
• Maintain safety standards and a clean, organized cell.
