A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to provide support for recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, candidate assessment, and onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required
Must be a U.S. citizen
5+ years of experience in HR Generalist and / or full-cycle recruiting roles
Experience supporting HR operations in a government contract preferred
Experience with HRIS platforms and ATS / ticketing systems
