Position : P1 Licensed Plumber – License Qualifier (Non-Field Role)

Location : Stamford, CT (Remote with Minimal On-Site Needs)

Compensation : $2,500 Monthly Stipend

Term : One-Year Contract (Renewable)

About the Opportunity

We're seeking a P1 Licensed Master Plumber to serve as our License Qualifier for the State of Connecticut.

This non-field, compliance-focused position is perfect for a seasoned tradesperson who wants to remain engaged in the industry without the demands of day-to-day job sites. As our qualifier, you’ll support the business by ensuring we remain compliant with Connecticut regulations while we grow our footprint in the area.

What You'll Do

Act as the official License Qualifier with the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection

Sign a letter affirming your role with the company for compliance purposes

Assist with licensing documentation, renewals, and any audit or inspection needs

Provide occasional input or oversight on complex scopes of work to ensure code compliance

What We're Looking For

Active P1 Master Plumber License in the State of Connecticut

Good standing with the Department of Consumer Protection

Familiarity with plumbing codes, licensing laws, and compliance standards

Prior experience as a license qualifier is a plus

Strong communication skills and timely responsiveness
