Our Seattle, WA location is part of our Liquid Beverage division and creates syrups and sweet sauce variations for Kerry customers and brands. What You Will Do

• Execute the production schedule efficiently to meet operational goals and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with site engineers to develop, implement, and maintain effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Build and maintain a high-performing production team through training, coaching, and development.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Kerry's internal standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage the production department within established budget parameters.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Partner with the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) officer to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
• Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
• Identify and implement strategies to minimize production losses and downtime.
• Ensure food safety programs are effectively implemented and followed.
• Monitor and manage performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What You Will Need To Be Successful

The typical hiring range for this role is $64,479 to $105,272 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
