Position Overview
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the Food & Beverage Director in leading all member-facing operations of the department. This role blends on-floor leadership with strategic execution, ideal for someone ready to take the next step in management.
Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house service during peak periods, ensuring personalized, attentive hospitality.
- Train, coach, and develop staff through ongoing programs, huddles, and performance reviews.
- Oversee daily operations across dining rooms, bars, and event spaces.
- Manage scheduling, labor budgets, and cost-control measures.
- Monitor inventory and assist with monthly audits.
- Partner with the banquet and culinary teams to deliver seamless events.
- Handle member / guest feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with reporting, payroll, and administrative duties.
Qualifications
