Our client is seeking a skilled e-learning developer / instructional designer with at least 3 years of experience working with Articulate 360. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining e-learning courses that are SCORM / xAPI compliant and meet the specific needs of our clients. They should be comfortable working in a team environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work collaboratively with the instructional design team to develop e-learning courses using Articulate 360
• Create engaging and interactive course content that is SCORM / xAPI compliant and compatible with multiple learning management systems
• Have a good eye for graphic design and the ability to follow brand guidelines
• Understand how to set up courseware with meaningful reporting for multiple learning management systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during course development or delivery
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure courses are functioning property and meeting client expectations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-learning trends, technologies, and techniques
• Assist with project planning and timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues

Qualifications :

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $35. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
