Job Description

As a Security Officer Residential Front Desk Patrol in Long Beach, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents and supports a welcoming environment. You will assist with visitor management, respond to inquiries, and uphold the Allied Universal values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and making a positive impact in a community setting.

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
