As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at a residential location, providing a welcoming presence and assisting residents and guests with their needs. Your role involves monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and responding to inquiries, all while helping to deter security-related incidents through attentive customer service and strong communication. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
