Job descriptionProvide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the residential community. Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor entrances, common areas, and amenities to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious behavior. Document and report any incidents, maintenance needs, or unusual activities observed during patrols to Allied Universal management and / or designated site contacts. Assist residents and visitors with directions, information, and general inquiries as appropriate. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disruptions and provide reassurance to the community. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Security Professional - Unarmed Residential Patrol
As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence for residents and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the location, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong communication. DayTime Thur : 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sat : 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
Sun : 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
