California Licensed Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage site-level P&Ls and a consolidated P&L

Lead month-end close processes and ensure compliance with GAAP

Establish accounting policies and improve cash flow visibility

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in multi-location operations

Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting

Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, NetSuite)

Familiarity with KPI reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
