What you´ll do
Strategic Planning : Support the development and execution of business strategic efforts and track progress on key initiatives
Operational Efficiency : Problem-solving, continuous process improvement and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Executive Support : Prepare Regional Head for meetings, draft communications, and manage special projects on behalf of Regional Head
Meeting Management : Organize leadership meetings, set agendas, track follow-ups, meeting minutes
Cross-Collaboration and Communication : Serve as a point of contact between leadership and global stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and strategic communication
Team Alignment : Ensure leadership members are informed, aligned, and supported in their efforts
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field
5 years of experience in executive leadership support, project management, operations, or related fields.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in project management
Relationship management and collaboration skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); skilled in advanced Excel functions and professional PowerPoint deck creation

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
