Job Description :

We're looking for a highly experienced OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) expert with over 12 years of experience. You'll be the main point of contact for our clients, helping to build and support complex integrations. This role requires strong skills in both OIC and Oracle SOA Fusion . You must be great at solving problems, working with clients, and fixing issues fast.

Responsibilities :

• Build Integrations : Design and create integrations using OIC and Oracle SOA Fusion. These will connect various systems, like apps, databases, and third-party services.
• Fix Issues : Be the go-to person for all production problems. You'll need to find the root cause of issues ( RCA ) and fix them quickly.
• Help Clients : Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates. You'll handle any technical escalations and report on the status of projects.
• Provide Support : You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of our integrations, from development to production support.
• Report & Document : Keep detailed records of your work, including design documents, incident reports, and technical documentation.
