We're looking for a Head Of Data & Ai to lead this transformation. You will guide our data engineering team, partner closely with the executive team, and architect the future of data at Industrious. You'll balance the balcony and dance floor zooming out to shape vision and strategy, zooming in to push for technical excellence and unblock your team.

This is not about maintaining the status quo. It's about building a platform and a culture that turns data into our most strategic asset.

What You'll Do

You'll be joining and leading our small but mighty engineering and data group. We pride ourselves on being smart, fun, and highly collaborative.
