Compa Industries is searching for qualified candidates for a Science-Engineer Program Manager 3 (SCPM 3) position at Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM.

Pay : $120-$127 / HR

Location : Los Alamos, NM

Citizenship : US citizenship required

Work Schedule : Full-time, onsite

Clearance : Active DOE Q clearance is highly desired.

Candidates Must Have

• Expert-level experience in program / project management, including WBS, scope / schedule / budget / performance baseline management, and change control
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in program or technical management
• A bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field
• The ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance

Impact

In this high-visibility leadership role within the Plutonium Mission Consolidated Support (PMCS) Office under the Associate Laboratory Directorate for Weapons Production (ALDWP), you will oversee strategic and tactical planning for a $400M portfolio across multiple LANL directorates. Your work will directly support the success and standardization of high-stakes plutonium mission operations essential to national security.
