Our client a leading international law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Insurance Coverage Practice Group as a mid-level or senior associate. This nationally recognized team represents domestic and international insurers in complex high-exposure matters involving property time element CGL coverage and bad faith claims. The role offers an outstanding opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility lead components of major matters and manage a diverse portfolio of complex coverage litigation.

Candidate Profile

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia in good standing or willingness to obtain timely admission
• 38 years of substantive experience in insurance coverage litigation
• Strong background in first-party property coverage required
• Experience handling declaratory judgment actions coverage disputes and bad faith litigation
• Demonstrated ability to draft coverage opinions analyze policies and provide strategic recommendations
• Experience taking examinations under oath and participating in depositions hearings and mediations
• Ability to supervise junior associates and paralegals
• Exceptional legal writing analytical and research skills
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple complex litigation matters and deadlines with minimal oversight
• Willingness to travel as needed
