What You’ll Be Doing :
Lead and manage the design and delivery of civil engineering projects, including site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway designPrepare and review detailed engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reportsCoordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and public agencies to ensure successful project outcomesServe as a technical expert and quality control reviewer on complex design challengesOversee permitting processes and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designersParticipate in proposal development, project scoping, and fee estimationSupport business development by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunitiesWhat You Bring to the Team :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)Professional Engineer (PE) license required10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, preferably in consulting or private-sector infrastructure projectsProficiency in civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD)Strong understanding of civil site design, grading, stormwater management, and utility coordinationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated leadership and project management experienceEssential Physical Functions :
Sit / stand at a desk or computerWalk, stoop, stand and move around job sitesTravel and occasional site visits requiring stooping, standing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.Frequent communication via phone, video, or in-person meetingsAbility to focus on digital and paper-based information for extended periodsSome project-based travel may be requiredLet’s Build the Future Together!
