Software Engineering Senior Manager

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Senior Manager - Modernization & Application Development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the migration to a modular, service-based architecture and contribute to the design and implementation of APIs and backend services

Write and review production code while ensuring high standards for code quality and maintainability

Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)

8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2-4 years in a leadership or management role

Proven ability to deliver reliable, scalable software in an agile environment

Experience with C# / .NET, React, and Azure technologies

Familiarity with modern development practices such as CI / CD automation and TDD
