Human Resource Specialist Job Duties :

• Support and carry out HR strategies that align with company goals across multiple locations.
• Manage daily HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance, benefits, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Process and oversee payroll for multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle workers' compensation claims with the EHS team.
• Work with site leaders on workforce planning, development, and employee engagement.
• Apply HR policies consistently across all locations.
• Address employee relations issues and support conflict resolution confidentially and fairly.
• Manage payroll for on-site and remote employees, ensuring legal compliance.
• Assist with pay and benefits programs.
• Offer HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Complete HR compliance audits and keep accurate records.
• Use HR data to track and improve processes across sites.
