What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the shelter location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the shelter and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any irregularities.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment for occupants.

Document and report any incidents, observations, or irregularities encountered during patrols or while on post.

Collaborate with shelter staff and Allied Universal team members to address concerns and support the overall operation of the location.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
