Job description$85,000–$110,000 / year (based on experience, this amount includes salary and typical performance bonuses) 2 weeks paid vacation (3 weeks after 5 years) 8 paid holidays Health insurance (plus optional vision & dental) 401(k) with 4% company match Fuel card + $50 / month vehicle maintenance allowance 5+ years of residential project management (frame-to-finish required) Bonus : Production home building experience Strong understanding of build processes and safety standards Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping details Great communicator—someone who keeps clients, crews, and vendors in sync Tech-savvy Able to read and interpret blueprints Degree in construction management or related field preferred but not required

What You’ll Do
- Manage residential construction projects from kickoff to final walkthrough
- Collaborate with clients to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subs
- Oversee daily site progress, safety, and quality control
- Monitor schedules and budgets, flagging overages early
- Solve problems on the fly and keep communication clear and positive
