  • Marketing & Communications Oversight : Review marketing materials and monitor social media for compliance with advertising and promotion rules applicable to regulated financial products.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with external counsel, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated and effective licensing execution.

  • Hands-on experience obtaining or maintaining payment licenses : money transmission licenses (U.S.), international payment licenses (PSD2, EMI, PI), and other CASP / VASP frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage regulator interactions, respond to RFIs, and lead licensing applications from start to finish.
  • Experience advising on marketing and communications for regulated services.
  • Exceptional organizational and writing skills, with a keen eye for operational detail.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a distributed, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing external counsel and coordinating cross-border legal projects.
  • Bonus skills :
  • Worked at or advised a crypto exchange, custody provider, or payments platform.

  • Experience in a tier 1 regulatory law firm.
