optimization tools Experience with change management methodologies Strong analytical and data visualization skills Minimum 11 years of project management experience Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder management Background in managing projects with significant external dependencies Strong experience in business process analysis and optimization Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Expert proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira) Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) Familiarity with financial modeling and budget management Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and facilitation abilities Ability to influence without authority Conflict resolution and negotiation skills Ability to facilitate workshops and working sessions effectively Strategic thinking and planning processes and operations Identify root causes of operational pain points and inefficiencies Evaluate and prioritize opportunities for operational improvement based on impact and feasibility Develop business cases for recommended optimization initiatives Assess technology utilization and identify areas for enhancement Lead cross-functional teams to identify process pain points and operational inefficiencies Document findings and develop actionable solutions through structured stakeholder engagement Ensure all relevant business units are represented and engaged in the transformation process Create a comprehensive 3-year strategic roadmap for NGBU operations optimization Define detailed implementation plans, timelines, and resource requirements Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics Ensure roadmap alignment with overall business goals and objectives Develop milestone tracking and progress monitoring frameworks Successful completion of stakeholder working sessions and documentation of findings Delivery of comprehensive opportunity analysis with prioritized recommendations Development and approval of 3-year NGBU optimization roadmap Achievement of operational efficiency improvements as defined by established KPIs Successful compliance with all regulatory requirements and risk reduction targets Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement throughout the transformation process

Position Overview
We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving project delivery from initiation through completion while managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment across diverse teams and departments.
