A school district near Riverside, CA is seeking five dedicated Special Education Teachers for the uping school year, specializing in Moderate / Severe and Mild / Moderate disabilities. Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to facilitate inclusive classroom settings.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse disabilities.
• municate regularly with students, parents, and school staff about student progress and requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for pliance and reporting purposes.
