Operations Analyst

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Utilize existing data analysis tools to provide near real-time results to drive business decisions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for both customer implementations and internal R&D projects.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications—use cases, process flows, and functional solution designs.
• Contribute to or lead process-improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and quality.
• Update procedures and documentation to reflect best practices and evolving business needs.
• Work closely with Department Managers to support test planning and validation of implemented solutions.
• Engage daily with project managers, product teams, and plant staff to align priorities and resolve issues.

Qualifications :

Strong analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to business operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, and pivot tables.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.

Experience with Order Time software is preferred.

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics365 preferred.
