The Role
As an Exterior Maintenance Technician, your day begins bright and early, gearing up for another exciting day. You arrive at various locations, ready to tackle a range of tasks.
With precision and efficiency, you provide exceptional exterior maintenance services to both residential and commercial properties, ensuring sparkling windows and flawless gutter cleanouts.
Working alongside your team, you uphold our commitment to excellence and deliver top-tier customer service with a smile.
By the end of the day, you'll head home knowing you've made a difference and left a lasting impression.
Minimum Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good driving record
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights and with ladders
- No tattoos above the shoulders or any offensive tattoos
- No facial piercings
Preferred Qualifications :
- Class E driver's license
- Stable work history
- Customer service experience
- Leadership abilities
- 20+ years old
Work Schedule
This position operates Monday to Friday, from 7 : 45 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with minimal weekend work. The schedule may vary depending on weather conditions and workload.
