About the Role :

We are seeking two personable and organized Tenant Coordinators to join our property management team—one based in San Carlos and the other in South San Francisco . These roles are ideal for candidates who enjoy being the go-to resource for tenants and thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Tenant Relations : Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, providing on-site support and ensuring a positive experience.
• Operations Support : Assist with daily operations, including coordinating meetings, events, and responding to tenant requests.
• Communication : Draft and distribute tenant bulletins, email blasts, and other communications.
• Move-In / Move-Out Coordination : Support tenant transitions by managing signage updates, card key access, and onboarding to work order systems.
• Event Planning : Help organize and execute tenant appreciation events and building activities.
• Conference Room Management : Oversee scheduling, coordinate A / V and IT support, and assist with tenant training on room usage.
• Vendor & Contact Management : Maintain up-to-date tenant and vendor contact lists.
• Accounts Receivable Support : Assist with reviewing rent statements, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting monthly billing processes.
