As an Entry Level Charity Fundraising Representative at Olympus Executives, you won't just be closing deals; you'll be opening doors for life-changing initiatives. We're searching for an enthusiastic and empathetic individual ready to engage potential donors and passionately articulate the impact of our partner charities. Proven ability to connect with diverse individuals and build rapport quickly Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills Strong persuasive abilities with a compassionate approach High level of empathy and a genuine passion for social causes Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of challenges Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Prior experience in sales, fundraising, or customer service is a plus Key Duties Of Every Entry Level Charity Fundraising Representative : Enthusiastically present the mission and impact of partner charities to potential donors, fostering genuine connections and inspiring generosity at local community events Clearly and compellingly communicate the value and urgency of charitable initiatives, effectively addressing donor questions and concerns to drive contributions Consistently meet and exceed individual and team fundraising goals, contributing directly to the success of charitable campaigns Build and maintain rapport with new and existing donors, ensuring a positive experience and encouraging ongoing support Develop a deep understanding of each partner charity's programs, achievements, and funding needs to tailor pitches effectively Operate with the highest level of integrity, ensuring all sales practices comply with ethical guidelines and company policies Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, sharing insights and continuously refining sales techniques What Entry Level Charity Fundraising Representatives Receive : The profound satisfaction of making a tangible difference in the lives of others Opportunities for rapid career advancement within a growing organization A supportive and collaborative team environment driven by a shared mission Development of highly transferable sales, communication, and interpersonal skills Compensation is commission-only, based on individual results We reward results. This position offers commission-based pay, calculated as a percentage of the donations you secure.
