Job descriptionArchitect, configure, and deploy multi-site network and security solutions leveraging Fortinet products and related technologies. Lead large-scale infrastructure migrations, ensuring secure, seamless client transitions. Conduct testing, validation, documentation, and client training for successful deployment. Act as a senior escalation point for complex network and security incidents. Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across the team. Collaborate directly with clients, translating complex technical solutions into clear and actionable recommendations. Participate in an on-call rotation for escalated incidents as needed. Perform proactive assessments of client environments to identify and address vulnerabilities, performance gaps, and opportunities for efficiency. Stay current with emerging network technologies, cyber threats, and product advancements. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including network diagrams, solution designs, and operational procedures. Partner with sales and technical teams to ensure project alignment and provide pre-sales engineering support. 8+ years of progressive experience in network security engineering , implementation, or technical support within MSSP, ISP, or enterprise settings. Advanced, hands-on experience with Fortinet solutions : FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiClient, FortiAuthenticator, FortiManager, and FortiSASE. Strong background in enterprise networking : routing, switching, Wi-Fi, VPN, SD-WAN, and WAN technologies. Proven ability to lead complex security projects and large-scale network migrations. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills. Industry certifications such as Fortinet NSE7 / FCP, CCNP / CCIE, CISSP , or similar. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with other enterprise solutions (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Extreme Networks). Salary : $160,000 – $200,000 per year Car Allowance : $415 per month Bonus Plan : Annual performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans

We are seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to join our team of technical experts and this is located in Attleboro, MA. This senior-level position is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex network and security infrastructures. The role focuses heavily on
- Fortinet technologies
- —including FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, and SD-WAN—while also managing enterprise routers, switches, and connectivity solutions.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in both cloud and on-premise network security, excels at troubleshooting, and demonstrates exceptional communication and leadership skills. This is a hands-on role supporting high-impact projects, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in performance and security.
