A company is looking for a Lead Compensation Analyst who will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining the organization's compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Evaluate job roles and document responsibilities and requirements in standardized job descriptions
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and HR teams, providing value-added compensation support
Support the annual compensation planning cycle and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR functions
Expert knowledge of compensation principles and market analysis techniques
Experience with compensation survey tools and HRIS systems preferred
Required certification : HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire or other approved job relevant certification
