Senior Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Sr. Scrum Master to support state-level AI and data modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple teams delivering AI and data-focused solutions

Coach and mentor teams in Agile principles and frameworks while managing risks and promoting continuous improvement

Track Agile metrics and communicate progress to program leadership, ensuring compliance with project governance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field

8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, with 3+ years in AI or data analytics projects

Proven experience working with state or federal government agencies

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps

Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I / II, or equivalent) and US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
