Duration : Full-Time, Contract (Now until the end of the school year)
Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist to join our team in Richmond, VA, for a temporary full-time position until the end of the current school year.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students' mental health and academic success.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement effective interventions.
- Provide counseling and support services to students facing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Participate in Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, consultations, and interventions.
Qualifications :
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Virginia.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
