Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and coordinate fabrication operations in an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom fabrication, production planning, and team leadership, with the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and drive high-quality, on-time output. This role requires an experienced supervisor skilled in managing large teams, with a proven track record of team development and performance.

Schedule : 5 : 45 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Possibility to become temp to hire based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fabrication teams, including welders, plumbing, electrical technicians, and assemblers.
• Interpret engineering drawings (P&ID), blueprints, and technical specifications for custom-built products.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to resolve design and production issues.
• Monitor and optimize workflow, material usage, and labor efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and coach team members on fabrication techniques, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports for management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing principles.
• Be present on the production floor approximately 90% of the time, actively guiding and coaching team members.
