Data Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Data Operations Specialist to support customer success in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze record-level, transactional data to identify trends and anomalies

Utilize data quality tools and ETL processes to ensure data governance best practices

Collaborate with team members to enhance data flows and support business operations

Required Qualifications

Three or more years of experience in a drug manufacturer, data aggregator, Hub, or Specialty Pharmacy

Strong working knowledge of data management tools and software, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Mail, and Google Calendar

Familiarity with data quality tools and data governance practices

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Strong initiative and work ethic
